1. Non-Returnable Categories
Due to the nature of our products — including Personal Care (Hair Oils) and Home Care (Floor Cleaners) — we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered and the safety seal is broken, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Important: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged or missing items, a 360-degree continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the shipping label and the sealed package being opened for the first time without any cuts or edits.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Timeline
Once your claim is verified, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI/Bank) within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
